Pay attention to the polarity of the wiring on the welding robot equipment. In general, there are two types of wire connections for DC welding machines. In this regard, there are also positive or negative connections. The positive connection method on welding equipment involves connecting the welding handle clamp to the negative level, and also connecting the positive level to the workpiece.

Regarding the reverse connection method on welding robot equipment, the workpiece itself will also be connected to the negative level, and the welding handle clamp will also be connected to the positive level. When welding, we actually make the selection based on the technical situation of the workpiece. When the selection is not appropriate, we should also pay attention to the instability, splashing, and sticking of the electrical arc. In such situations, we can easily change the polarity of the quick plug and modify it.

When the distance between the workpiece and our welding robot equipment is relatively far. We also need to pay attention to the fact that the secondary wire (referring to the soldering wire and ground wire) used will also be relatively long, so when choosing the wire cross-sectional area, it should be moderately larger.
